Great deal on semi-rigid saddle bags/panniers that'll keep your gear dry in this rainy season.
I have their older style of the same roll-top bags in hi-viz green, and they've held up ok outdoors for 5 years. They've changed to all-metal hardware and added a u-shaped stiffener which means the bags don't compress laterally as before. They also moved the stiffener that lies against your bike to a separate, removable piece, and added (cheesy) zippered liner bags. IMO these are fantastic value for money.
When I bought this $140 set Black Friday 2023 I was able to apply a coupon code by adding a $3.95 full-priced item to the cart, for a $110 total including tax. The current 30% off coupon code EOY doesn't seem to apply regardless, but is useful for other smaller things you might want to add to this order with free shipping.
But 140 direct from vendor? Support the small moto companies bro.
Oh I forgot to add that they stand behind their lifetime warranty - they replaced my tank bag when the fabric gave out after six years of weathering with no haggling. All I had to do was cut up the old bag and send them a picture.
Also, the freebie bottle holder is an over-built, hard-to-access showpiece IMO.

27L per side for a total of 54L of waterproof storage. Mounts on top with one adjustable strap over (or under) the passenger seat, and on the sides with smaller straps to the rack. Rigg gear is considered good quality. The bonus bottle is $30 on Amazon with great reviews and fits the equally well reviewed 30oz MSR bottle.
How would these mount on a non-ADV type motorcycle? Do you need any additional mounting hardware?
They tie together over the top and secure to the sides by webbing. So all you need is a secure spot to strap them onto that won't flex into the wheel path or exhaust. Sometimes that means a kick plate and other times just generic crash bars.

Sure.
If the rear rack is super narrow you might have to get creative with the velcro-adjustable straps that are meant to connect the two bags over the top of the moto seat, and a narrow rack means less overlap for the velcro to hold.
