If you can, get stuff like this Costco. If the quality ends up being garbage and it falls apart quickly, Costco will come pick up it up a year later and refund you.

Entirely depends on your Costco. Mine has come to get a mattress and a sectional from me over the years. It was an outsourced company that did the pick up but it was a free pick up.

Yes, I ordered sofa set and it didn't work for me, they arranged to have it picked up from my house.

Yes they do. In my case they did call and scheduled pick up date and time. However, I was asked to put the couch outside at door step or driveway.

I think pickup only applies to Costco.com orders, whereas in store purchases must be returned in person
