I purchased a $20 walmart gift card to meet the $35 minimum to get around the $7 charge.

Just bought mine 5 minutes ago, so not sure why yours is showing OOS. These are also in the Christmas clearance section in my store for $17.49. YMMV

Shows OOs for me, will have to check at store if there are any on clearance, does the walmart cash thing work instore, or is this an online only thing?

Misleading. It's $17.49 with $10 of credit. You can not use the $10 towards this purchase.

[Serious] could these work as a female personal massage device? Or are they too strong/violent/etc.?

Yep - I bought one in-store as well just to check it out, and it's pretty good.

No it doesn't. You can get it in store by paying with Walmart Pay when you check out.
