I've had this for years now. Works great, would definitely recommend over a drawer full of half-opened packages of batteries. I don't use the tester much but when I do it seems to work fine. Latches are solid and still lock closed after lots of use.

As an added bonus if you're a Dad the lame joke possibilities are endless. Someone needs a battery? Who's your daddy? BATTERY DADDY.
