seemed like a great deal so went to the reviews on amazon, 5 star reviews from all the "vine" reviewers and two and three stars from real reviews. Still living in wyze world which has turned to crap since they turned their total focus to peddling camplus, Guess this isn't the answer.

No they are not eufy. I got one of these and the person detection is decent and I don't get hundreds of false positives every day like I do with wyze and eufy. There's no way the battery lasts 300 days as they claim. I have it connected to a solar panel but without that I see the battery run down roughly 30% in a day. The range is also really short. At about 50 ft from my router, the connection becomes unstable. It's also bigger and heavier than I thought it would be. Surprised the magnetic mount seems to have held to this point. That said, I think it might be worth it for some at this price. Definitely not at the full price
