Keep in mind that their "extra trade credit" usually comes with a lower base trade value that offsets the increased credit. For example, last time the Series S had a trade value of around $190 that dropped to something like $130+$50 extra when the promo went live, so you actually lost value with the extra credit compared to the day before.

So many questions. So you bought both consoles, why? And why would you opt to keep the S if you have the X, which is graphically superiorand has more internal storage?

i just did the trade last night, 397, i just gave them everything that was in the original box (i still had the box) worse case is, the pro gets announced and it sucks and i'll just pick up a slim

Cool. Yea, i have one collecting dust as well. I just don't remember if there was a stand / base in the box. I could of sworn someone mentioned that earlier.

Also all this gamestop hate. They tend to come in clutch with these trade-in deals a couple times a year. I recommend the Pro Membership.

The fat PS5s do come with a base that lets you mount it vertically or horizontally

They have been regularly on sale new for $350 lately, even the Diablo bundle at a few points. That's why the trade in prices dropped. Same with the Series S. It was available for $150 a few places

No offense but the Pro Membership just isn't worth it anymore for most of us.
