I have a similar version to this. 4k is great but look elsewhere if you're planning to mount it with a monitor arm. The VESA count out is a smaller circle and is towards the upper part of the monitor.

Just use the rubber spacers with your monitor arm and it will be fine.
I had bought this and just returned because of that vesa mount. I wanted to rotate to portrait but given the placement towards the top, no way that would work.

I have a half-dozen of these in just my local office mounted vertically on long gas-piston arms and it works just fine.
I prefer my Phillips ones as easier, but the Samsungs do work just fine after adjustments. I am IT guy for 30 users with 2x 28" 4K apiece (most mounted vertically) and I use a lot of these.
btw, these are on Amazon for $200 right now as well, I actually ordered several from Amazon on Dec. 27 before this thread.
