Service was fine when it was working, but you're rolling the dice with your phone number. Only do this deal if your phone isn't that important.
This is how support works with Visible:
1. You chat to them on Facebook
2. The level 1 support has no ability to do anything, so your issue gets elevated to tier 2
3. Tier 2 responds 1-3 days later with a single email
4. Better hope they resolved your issue because you can't reply to the email. If you need to respond you have to go back to Facebook messenger and start over. Every time.
We get service on the coast, in the mountains, and even when we've travelled to Baltimore and NYC (Manhattan area which is chock full of people), service hasn't skipped a beat. Throw in the $5 Apple Watch add on, and we've been impressed.
Switched back to Mint on the 6 for 3 deal and am much happier. Gonna check out Fi after this 6 months is up.

But most of my issues have been related to porting in from other providers, and once things are set up the service has been great.
