I use 300 GB a month for home Internet due to a lack of fiber or cable.

Visible is not like Verizon if you have an issue. I'll never use Visible again, even for free.
Anyone know which it is? Thanks.
We get service on the coast, in the mountains, and even when we've travelled to Baltimore and NYC (Manhattan area which is chock full of people), service hasn't skipped a beat. Throw in the $5 Apple Watch add on, and we've been impressed.

For everyone complaining about the service: yes, customer service sucks. They do not have a call center. That (and the potential to get throttled earlier than other customers) is the tradeoff between a low cost MVNO like Visible and a full service carrier like Verizon. I have had their chat agents tell me that a manager will call me back at a designated time only to not receive any such call. That's life on an MVNO, and you won't find it better anywhere else, except maybe Mint (and if they're better, it's not by much). Visible's agents are above the curve on competence, but that isn't saying much.
If you have problems or need your hand held on mobile phone service, Visible will not be a good experience. If you cannot deal with limited services for a day or two at a time, no MVNO will satisfy you. Pay the extra money for full support.
If, on the other hand, dealing with some potential activation headaches and the small probability of having issues without a customer service agent on speed dial is an acceptable tradeoff for keeping $40/month in your pocket, then Visible is one of the best MVNOs and this price is excellent. The only one that gives them competition is Mint, and for all their bragging about 5G, T-Mobile's network just isn't as good as Verizon.
I have traveled all over the country with Visible service and it's practically indistinguishable from Verizon. Some random person claiming they had issues after they switched isn't meaningful. I had issues with full Verizon service, too.
Thank you

I see this is for new customers only, which I am not. But my wife is on Tello and is looking to change to Visible. Is there any way she could sign up as new and somehow piggyback me in with her so we both get the deal? At this price I'd upgrade from regular to plus.
If you're having trouble making calls, that's a Verizon coverage issue (and/or a compatibility issue with your phone)
I also had an issue with my calls getting disconnected at the 60 minute mark. It was a hassle to get that fixed. Someone higher up the support chain called me after it was resolved to apologize and he gave me a direct number to reach him and a one month service credit. There was some block/hold they hasn't removed from my line and that was causing my calls to be cut short.
Decided to chat with customer service and they said they will honor the visible24 code. Now my account states $20/month for service
