Would I be able to port an android phone to visible and an android smartwatch to Verizon? Would the phone communicate correctly with the watch?

You will get an email with the code automatically after a day once you sign up with visible and then you just contact verzion customer service to apply it to your existing account or use the link in the visible email to start new service with Verizon which automatically includes the discount if you are a new customer to Verizon home internet / fios.
