Having said that I dont like the idea of annual payment and getting tied to the service. I am thinking to give visible a try at $20 per month and see if I face any data issues. If so, go back to US mobile and get the annual plan. Else continue $20 on Visible.

For what it's worth, they also said they're expecting a promotion for existing customers soon, though not sure if that's actually true. They also said I could port my number out and then come back to be eligible for the promotion.
My 2 year plan with Verizon for free Samsung phone just ended December 20th. I signed up and ported over to Visible today. Was able to apply the VISIBLE24 promo code. The port being done from Verizon to Visible took only 2 minutes from the time of my request since Visible is owned by Verizon.
Visible, with unlimited data, was less than 1/2 the price of our Verizon plan with 4 GB.
