They exist, but aren't always available in the US. Most of the mainline Pokemon games got a steelbook dual pack, but they were only made available in Europe.

Many of the Nintendo Steelbooks are also exclusive to Collector's Editions. Fire Emblem and Zelda both had them.

I'm using a VPN and it opened for me. Try changing your location and see if it changes. Some IP ranges may be blocked, I'm thinking. The new IP you get from the other location may open the link.
