I was hoping for Ubiquiti to come out with one and at a reasonable price point. I figured it would at least future proof me for some years down the road, especially when they release the wifi 7 AP. But looks like it's just going to be a dream at this point as their switches are ridiculously expensive.

Bought this last week for $19 and didn't even open it yet. Not really that ticked about the $3, more the SDer in me is annoyed. Not worth the return/rebuy for me.

Nice find OP

Nothing sketchy at all here… just the Netgear (I mean nicgiga) you need.

Maybe avoid saying this brand IRL too

Just for reference, I picked up one of those from Ali on the 11.11 sale for about $32 shipped. Different brand name, but looks like the same switch. I don't have any experience with it yet.

Same question. So far I've trusted Netgear. But Netgear 2.5Gb switches are so expensive.

Nah, I just got it since was $43 and has sfp and 2.5gb. Just plugged it in and it works since it's unmanaged. Time will tell how long it lasts and if it drops packets
