Edit: reviews on their site state that this fits slightly small. Hard to say, but IMO Small will not fit you. Most likely Medium or even Large.
I had their previous puffer jacket for $15 and I love it. This one looks different and has a warmer inner layer so I'm gonna give it a try.
Also for sizing, I used to wear large but went medium for the previous puffer from them and it fits better. A bit tight when closed but I like that fit better. Went for medium this time too.

That being said, I have never been disappointed with anything I've gotten from there.
