For those poor souls who have never been blessed with the experience of NC BBQ, we take it VERY seriously.
Some of the best memories from college are of tailgating at ECU with B's BBQ.
If you are in NC and want to sample Heaven on Earth....try these stops.
I can personally vouch for B's and Wilber's.
(I warn you though, B's closes the doors when they sell out for the day..and that can be early on Gameday)

What's in that sauce? No tomato sauce/paste/puree?
I buy it by the box of six when I near running out of this flavor, it is my favorite "store bought" bbq sauce. I'm from North Carolina and prefer a more spicy vinegary sauce, but a little thicker than what you typically would get with eastern style sauce. I think it's just about perfect.
That said, I know how personal people take comments on bbq sauce so I fully expect to get roasted for that comment. Don't yuck my yum.
