Bought this @ Bestbuy open box, excellent condition for $850 less than a month ago, received it in somewhat excellent condition. Cosmetically, it was excellent but when I updated the system (drivers, OS, BIOS), the screen was flickering during video streaming/gaming. Revert back to previous driver and still the same issue. Created a ticket to have it sent back for hardware repair. Other than that, I Love the screen, speed, form factor, fit and finish of this thing! Only thing I regret is buying it for $850.

This has not expired, there are still some areas with open box availability. Just need to find it.

I just got the fair condition for $634 with store pick up. Knowing BB, fully expect it to be completely ruined, but will try looking at it at least.

Is "Fair" likely to be a floor model? It seems like a great price but not sure I want to deal with the headache of buying a sleeve, pen and power adapter if missing.

Also keep seeing conflicting information on the warranty offered with open box, some people saying 90 days, others saying 1 year or manufacturer only.

Used, abused, broken and returned.

Although, in my case I was pleasantly surprised. The laptop was in excellent condition, it original double boxes. The only thing missing was packaging inside the box. Otherwise I am very happy with my purchase.

In my case it had Oem power adapter and the pen (although I have no use for it). Looks like the sleeve is missing from the box Mad
