More weight doesn't mean better.

This vest is talked about ~16:50 min in: https://youtu.be/FQCLU6Va_Jg
The design of the 70 is slightly different (not sure if that is a good or bad thing). I will use it mostly for dips, pullups, and ring work. I currently have a dip belt with 50lbs, but it is a pain to maneuver it in my small workout room. I don't intend to use it hardcore, so hopefully durability won't be too much of an issue.

No, it's illegal to do that

How much do flak jackets run? Could maybe serve dual purpose as a weighted vest?

How are these compared to weight belts when doing dips?

Strap weights (like a weighted backpack or rucksack) work fine for slower paced movements (or even moderate lunges and verticals), but for things like cardio and other higher speed movements, you'll want one of these vests.
