I guess the easiest way to tell is if these stages will fit your dumbbell is the following
1. Your powerblock MUST say EXP (EXPandable) and
2. Make sure the top of the dumbbell or plates are CURVED and not a flat top (flat top = no fitty..)
3. Make sure your dumbbell doesn't say PRO either.
Fine if you plan to do light weights, but not recommended as replacement for a traditional bench
Sport EXP = Metallic grey finish with black color bands
PowerBlock EXP = Black finish with red color bands.
From my prior tracking of wanting a set of expandable Powerblocks, to date woot has had more of the sport model on sale than the non sport model.
