I just travelled with the DLX but like someone else said it should probably be around half capacity which still beats any typical backpack due to organization of contents and capacity.

Great price but be warned: Issues in shipping.

Ordered mine on 12/19; estimated 12/28-12/30 delivery.
Still at "label created" stage. Now Amazon pushed the delivery to 1/5.
Have to wait to cancel. 3rd party seller, no Prime shipping.
You may be better off at their own site.

I bought these for my family in 2019 for a European backpacking trip. We each had this backpack for our 69 day long trip including 19 cities, 8 flights, & 9 train rides. It's been pretty perfect for city travel. I've used this bag as my carry-on for probably 50 more nights. It's quite large, easy to organize your stuff in, has plenty of quick access pockets for phone, passport, wallets. It has a nice pocket within a pocket if you want to make important stuff a little hard to find. It's expandable and can get pretty small when cinched up. It's a pretty perfect carry-on bag. $50 is a steal. After 5 years 1 zipper out of our 6 bags broke and fortunately it was on a small outside pocket that was rarely used and just got caught on something.

so if you are buying sold and shipped from ebags, doesn't sound like there's any benefit in going through Amazon's website if you have to pay return shipping anyway.
