I still use it but I feel like it's a very limited application. for 100 bucks (at that time, it's a little more now), it's sturdy and I feel safe using it (6' 185lb), but I kind of want to give it away and buy a proper cage or cable machine because of the amount of space this takes up. it's nice for doing pushup variations (elevating your feet or whatever to change the angle).
Note: 6,2 225-250 depending on the season.

I must definitely be below average. At body weight of 165 pounds, I definitely can not do weighted dips with an additional 135 pounds strapped on. ๐
