This post is for an 8th Gen i7. The link you shared is essentially a 6th Gen laptop i7 in a small box. How is it a better deal, other than if you want something smaller? I would take this precision workstation over the SFF if I was looking for a workstation.

edit: in addition, the precision has windows 11 support. On the optiplex, you are stuck with 10.
