For anyone wondering, the quality of these are terrible compared to actual flannels from Orvis. I was able to wash mine 4-5 times before every seam baconed beyond salvage. My flannels from Orvis have kept their shape years later.

I don't know if you've bought any Orvis flannels recently, but I bought one in store and it went to hell about a year after. Luckily returning it to the store for a refund wasn't a huge hassle and they were happy to oblige, but considering it cost quite a bit more than this it was a pretty big disappointment. I think like a lot of others (looking at you LL Bean) quality overall has just declined.

I have four Orvis flannels from Costco from previous years and never had any issues. These are heavy flannels and have pockets so you can wear it like a shacket. I wash mine on cold/delicate and hang dry.

Very limited selection of clothes at Costco. Not sure why they stopped selling most of the short sleeves.

This is typical. Their Lucky Jeans are also a cheaper quality of real Lucky Jeans.

My have been fine from Costco over the years and I wear these A LOT since I am always cold. I buy more only when I see a new color I don't have. But like everything else, ymmv - good or bad

I purchased one of these last year. My son wears it most days when it is cold. It has held up very nicely. I bought more for Christmas gifts.

I was wondering exactly that, thanks. As expected though.
Too bad.
I love most things that I find at the Orvis outlet.

I have multiple of these and they hold up really well. Never had any issues with these at all.

Got these for $8 in store, but they don't often carry anything in Small.

I have a few Orvis flannels from Costco. They've held up very well for the few years I've had them. I wear them a lot September - May and have washed them many times. No issues.

I'll throw my hat in the ring I don't know about this year's but I have 2 from the last 3 years and I don't wash them as much as I prob should but have had no issues with them at all and I wear them a ton over my T-shirts like many have said like a shmacket. Def not first quality Orvis but for under 20 bucks I've certainly got my money's worth.

As others have said, these are heavy, so are too hot to wear in most climates. Even if you wear it instead of a jacket, you are going to roast inside any building.

Bought these, washed on cold, dried on low heat, and they shrunk.

Disappointed with the quality. I've got some good Orvis flannels from Costco, but these aren't them.
