I've had these before (also saw them in club for $14.97) but they eventually break because of how thin they are. I do like them though, but consider them temporary. It's also not fun when you break one loading it into the dishwasher and have to pick up pieces of thin transparent glass out of the bottom of the dishwasher.
Got these last month from the local store. Got home, opened the box and 1 in the box was totally crushed. Returned it. Didn't buy again.
The glass is too thin. Probably why they have the warning sign about not adding ice cubes with no liquid in the cup.

This is definitely YMMV. These were $14.97 at my local Costo yesterday (Mt Laurel, NJ).

Bought 1 from Costco previously and had to return due to water getting into the seal and trapped between the walls..Costco rep wanted to blame it on dishwasher usage before reading that it was dishwasher safe on the box..

$14.97 in Wharton, NJ too. This must be a special sale in OP's local Costco.

There's a silicone opening on the bottom. It must be opening in the heat of the dishwasher and letting water in. Faulty design for dishwasher safe. Hand rinsing should be okay.

Maybe I'm crazy but somehow my coffee never tastes good in these. Somehow it tastes much better drinking out of certain ceramic mugs. I think it's the clay or glaze or something in those mugs..

Might need to check our Costco next time I'm there. We like these types of glasses for morning lattes but cannot keep them alive long enough. For $2.50 a pop, definitely worth having a few backups.

Love these but it is not an enduring love. The glass is very delicate and not child friendly. But they work really well keeping drinks warm, not collecting condensation and can run through the dishwasher.
