i had brought a backpack on sale for about $30. the same backpack is about $50+ now. when my backpack broke and i contacted ebags they were happy to honor their lifetime warranty (didnt have much hassle there just need provide order # and photo of broken backpack), but gave me a store credit of $30 to use at ebags.
Too bad I totally miss this model while doing my order.

Ordered 3 Mother Lode variety bags via Amazon on Dec 7-8 for delivery by Dec 18-19. Orders showed as shipped Dec 11-12 but it was just the shipping labels created. One bag arrived Dec 21 (late). The other 2 didn't actually even ship out according to UPS tracking until Dec 23. Finally arrived Dec 29. At that point , was already in cancel process for one and reship for the other, so it was a big frustrating mess with things not arriving for Christmas plus having to ship things back due to no error on my part. Takes minimum 2 days to get seller response on Amazon. (Don't send multiple messages - it just bumps back your message til later apparently!)
Ordered a rolling duffle and crew cooler bag directly thru EBags site around the same time, they arrived in a timely manner although took an extra day for the crew to show up even though all items were marked delivered first day.
In short, everything gets there eventually but can take forever, with very slow support
