They still didn't ship out my order from 12/24 (only created label) so don't buy expecting it to arrive within a week (not 2-5 business days)

I saw a review that said that you should think of it primarily as a roller which you can turn into a backpack when you need in certain areas vs a backpack you occasionally roll, if that makes sense.

Any of these good for an upper elementary backpack? Tired of the "cheap" ones

I was thinking of ordering those two as well but haven't used these large carry on sized backpacks before. Not sure how comfortable they'll be when fully loaded. The smaller Mother Lode EVD seems like a nice backpack for $24 after the coupon. https://www.ebags.com/backpacks/l...0XXXX.html
Ah man I was looking for a bag like this when I ordered the JR. should have looked harder it just cost me 5$ extra shipping.

Maybe they will combine the two if I call…we will see

Edit: they refunded 5$ for one of the shipping charges. Nice.

wow!

thanks, i didn't even see that.
Note, the airlines requirement are listed on ebags website BUT they didn't list the WEIGHT requirement. The Mother Lode Rolling Travel Backpack by itself is already 9.6lbs.

Certain airline like Air China limit to 11lbs carry-on.
And quite a few international airline limit their carry-on to 15lbs.

Welcome20 worked for me to save 20% extra. First time buyer though so that may affect.

Trying to decide on the Jr vs motherlode travel backpack. Are they both usable as a carry on? Would the larger one count as your carry on backpack plus a carry on?

I received an empty ebags box with no bag inside. I am trying to reach out via phone and the recorded message is saying that the support team is under going a training 🤬

How do these work for everyday carry for work or school? I've always used North faces like surge and osprey backpacks.

Anyone know which bag is allowed on Allegiant or frontier as personal item?
The regular mother lode looks like it won't be allowed as a personal item on flights like Spirit, but the JR. seems like it barely fits the requirements for Spirit.

How easy are these to return? I bought one at the $60+ deal. Can I buy one now cheaper & return the other one?

What's the difference with the DLX model and the regular model?
The waist strap. I do not have this bag, but do travel with a backpack with a waist strap. As a guy, it can get the weight off my upper back and put it down on my hips. I find my back does not hurt as bad after a long day walking with it on. It does usually have jackets, umbrellas, chargers, etc. it it so I take it everywhere.

These are luggage type backpack more suited for travel. You may want to check the Mother Load EVD for your need.
