In the same boat. Placed my order on (12/24), and as of writing (1/5) still no movement other than having a shipping label. I tried emailing customer service on (1/2) to see if I could get some kind of status update. No luck on getting a reply.
Do they honestly think they are fooling anyone?
I love the deal. But it is not a deal unless you actually get the thing for when you need the thing.
I am taking a trip on the 29th and you would think in 2024 that something could be shipped within 25 days. But I have my doubts.
Oddly enough after 24 hours, I got a shipment update (origin scan) this afternoon for delivery on 1/12 (original delivery was 1/3).
Would not recommend this company solely based off their customer service.

Received the large and small Tech Kits on January 11th. Each shipped in its own box.
Received the Mother Lode Jr Travel Backpack (black) on January 12th.

What company sends an entire department to train at the same time during business hours? What a shit-show, kind of regret ordering these bags at all.
