Just a guess, but probably because it's still on the expensive side.
Understand but it seems to include a $150 PSU which may also be high, but combined seems decent. I bit just because I'm very happy with this case and this appears to be a good quality PSU. Intrigued about the SHIFT design and how well it will work….

This combo would be tempting to me if I were building a new rig. But it's not really a slick deal.
If you look at the "regular prices" of these two products when sold separate, this combo seems a very good deal. But there is a pretty high Corsair tax on these products. Sure, Corsair makes good products, but you can get an A-tier 1000W PSU for $110 right now. Combine that with a decent case on sale, and you will have spent less.
It just doesn't seem like a real sale, that's all. $219 looks more like what the regular price should be for this combo.
Either that, or those who downvoted didn't notice it was a case + PSU combo and thought it was just the case. I would change the title to "Corsair Case + PSU Combo (iCUE 5000X RGB Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX PC Smart Case (Black) w/ RM850x SHIFT Power Supply)".
The hard drive bay is directly behind the psu. Probably the reason for this combo is the shift is pretty much necessary as most people buying a case like this expect to be able to put some large storage in and for most psus it just wouldn't be doable. Every build Ive seen removed the hd bay. it's kind of an afterthought
