This stuff is the same active ingredient as Benadryl. Just get a big bottle of generic Benadryl (Walmart or Costco) and you'll save yourself some money to spend on other SDs.

Get the clear non alcohol version of ZZZ trust me I had the purple stuff and it hacked me up 🆙. The clear one non alcoholic is way better

You can save even more money than something being free? Do walmart and costco pay you to take the generic benadryl instead??

this is a bandaid. what's the real reason you cant fall asleep? eat too much too late? high bp? high blood sugar? fix the underlying cause and you wont need this.
