Hall effect sensors are theoretically immune to developing stick drift. It would be a good thing if they used hall sensors. That being said, stick drift is highly variable. I have ancient dual shocks and 360 controllers with no drift. The newer controllers seem more sensitive.

Decent controller. Kinda hate the dpad and bumpers (LB/RB buttons) as they are too "squishy". You can download the 8bitDO app right on Xbox to create profiles and customize buttons. Has a neat button swap on the fly feature too (can make any button any other button within a couple seconds anytime you want to).

It seems like the "C" version may actually have the same reduced feature set that the wired version does. No Hall effect being the primary one. So basically $5 for the upgrade to wireless, or a 25% price increase if you're looking to talk yourself out of it rather than into it Smilie

If wireless is more important than the Ultimate features, certainly.

C version lacks the charging dock, buttons on the back of the controller, control customization (including stick controller physical tuning), multiple profiles on controller, vibration and bluetooth. Of those. only the vibration matters to me, so I get your point, but they may matter to someone else.
