Pretty poor customer service. Total showed $96 at checkout and on my email confirmation. Bank shows they charged me full price. Called to cancel the order and it's currently "under review" and can't be cancelled. So now I have to wait for it to ship and be delivered just so I can return it. What a P.I.T.A!

After a vacuum repair man talked about vacuums on Reddit and doing deep dive on enthusiast about vacuums I think if you missed this deal it's a blessing. Sharks are bottom of the barrel when it comes to vacuuums. I have an old shark vacuum that still works and I thought it worked well. Happened to get a good deal on another vacuum from another brand and after noticing the huge difference in the carpet after I realized the shark never really cleaned the carpet well.
