I'm not missing anything. You can't see that you are posting a review of a Rotator that states the covered variants are models LA500 and LA502? Now click your link to the Walmart thread. You can't see that it is called a Navigator and not a Rotator? Now open the Walmart link and compare the pictures of that vacuum to the pictures of the vacuum in the comparison review. You can't tell that they look completely different? I mean heavily different models. Look at the area where the brush head is. You don't even need to look at the features of both to know that the Walmart vacuum is an inferior product. Not at all "very similar" apart from it being a lift-away style vacuum that is made my Shark.

I agree with you. I just don't think he/she really gets it, so there's really no point in continuing to go back and forth wit them

True, and I'm sure they meant well by trying to help other buyers who missed out. i was just trying to look out for those buyers by making sure they knew that the help was not really very helpful, because it was misguided.

Wondering if the payment method used makes a difference, I used PayPal and haven't gotten a refund or shipping info, guess we'll see...

For those that are confused.....

The model being sold here is AZ3000 (Walmart Model) that has a few extra accessories added (5-year warranty, under-appliance wand, extra odor neutralizers), being that Shark is selling it directly.

This is a POWERED Lift-Away unit, not just Lift-Away...big difference. This allows you to remove the canister and still send power to the floor nozzle. This makes vacuuming much easier and allows the floor nozzle to reach under furniture and small spaces.

This has a DuoClean brushroll in addition to a self-cleaning brushroll.

For less than $100 after tax/shipping, this is a hell of a deal. Walmart is selling this for $350 with reduced accessories and warranty.

On my order page, where it used to say preparing for shipping it says now 'returned'. I think I'll be seeing a refund soon.

I used PayPal as well, ordered late at the party and see the following at PayPal.
This is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when SharkNinja Operating LLC completes your order.

I expect to see a cancelation email but it ain't over till the overweight lady sings...
