KS TP is inferior to Sam's club Members Mark TP. MM is thicker and softer.

Not making this a Costco vs Sam's thing. I'm a member at both and I pick and choose what we buy from where.

Oh, FFS. Can they stop with the ridiculous names and stick to standard sizes?

The Mega rolls barely fit on my holder…why do we need a Super Mega, Family Mega, and an Extra Mega? Are these rolls actually any bigger, or are they just covering up shrinkflation?

Pretty soon, we'll have Super Extra Mega Pro and Double Super Extra Mega Pro Max Plus. It's ridiculous.

All I want is to know if the roll will fit on my holder without having to investigate every time I buy TP…and no, I don't want to buy their stupid roll extender.

Pricing for me in MN. Both are running a discount.

Costco - 30 rolls, 213 sheets/rl = 6,390 sheets for $26.99 ($33.49 - $6.50 discount) = .0042/sh
Sams Club - 32 rolls, 231 sheets/rl = 7,392 sheets for $25.18 ($31.48 - $6.30 scan and go) = .0034/sh

It is literally 25% more at Costco

so i think at Costco the 30 pack of these were like ~$23ish (in-warehouse).

there's 2 more rolls for the Sams Club listing but for a few extra $.

(didnt the Costco ones use to be a flat $20 when on sale? it's why I didnt buy them yesterday)

This is probably the only thing I have ever returned to Costco after opening and trying one. To each his own.

We use this exact TP and when we buy it at Sam's Club, the rolls are smaller than when we buy it at Costco.

It's like the two warehouses carry a different version of this. We prefer the Costco version.

Anyone else notice or maybe they've fixed the issue?

I noticed the same thing between Costco and Sam's Club. We also prefer the Costco version.

The Sam's club rolls are actually more sheets than the Costco rolls.
Sams = 231
Costco = 213

Completely agree. I've tried both and hands down Sam's Club MM is better. Kirkland's does not feel like 2 ply. It might as well be 1 ply since each layer is so thin.

Do people actually count how many sheets they pull before they wipe? I've always thought these are one of those items where the quality outweighs the price.
Btw, I'm more of a KS than charmin. Definitely not a Scott's.

The Sam's Club sheets are smaller...that's what I was saying in my earlier post. There may be more sheets, but the sheets are smaller. So you need to calculate not only on sheet quantity but also sq inches per roll.

Hence, we buy from Costco because the sheet size is larger in their version of this product.

I prefer Sams because of more sheets. Even tho the sheets might be smaller, but I still use the same amount of sheets per use.

BTW, I recently finding lots of products at Sam's priced cheaper if you use Scan and Go app (which I always do.)
