Windows 11 Pro for $15.39 on Groupon with Promo Code: MISSYOU until Jan 7.

Anyone looking for a legit Windows 11 Pro License, Groupon currently has a deal with Promo Code: MISSYOU (ends Jan 7)

List Price $21.99
Current Deal $18.69
with Promo Code MISSYOU $15.39 (ends Jan 7)

I usually get my Windows License from sites like CDKeys. Had no clue Groupon sold Windows Licenses until today.

Just apply Code, add to cart, and purchase. Took about 2 minutes to process and redeem code. Just follow the instructions on Groupon. Instructions are also emailed to you.

You can use your license to upgrade from Windows 10 and Windows 11 Home edition. I made a USB Windows 11 Pro Install Boot Drive (instructions on Microsoft) and did a clean install.

Great thing about this License, I didn't have to call the Windows hotline to activate. For those that have been through it after buying from "Key" sites know very well what I mean.

MISSYOU

p.s. Fine Print at bottom of deal page says only available in the 50 States… meaning USA residents only

Meh, if you're going to go down the grey market route Royal CD Keys and code AKS55Jan will get you this for less than $3, or Win 10 or 11 AND Office 21 Pro for just over $5. Used them just last week with no issues.
How do you get the 10 or plus office for just over 5? Also, your coupon code doesn't work. I found another code for 25% off and that brings the price to 8 pounds, a little over $10.

These are OEM keys and violate MS(microsoft) terms if you use them, as they are not supposed to be resold. you can get much cheaper oem keys elsewhere.

Nobody seems to have problems with the "grey market" keys like these, so if you wanna save $140 vs buying a retail license then go ahead, just know you are violating MS terms of use, and I have a crazy theory, that with all the problems windows has MS messes with you if you use a license against their terms and they find out (still working on proving that one lol).

note an OEM license cannot be transferred to new hardware/motherboard (unlike genuine retail license), well it can, but MS knows if you do this im sure if pc connects to internet with hardware ID

IMO the best bet is to buy a sealed retail box on ebay for $50 or so, you own that license and can transfer it to any new system. most likely they are not counterfeits but maybe they are? (anyone with a shrink wrapper could just reseal it too) a $150 retail license is pretty insane but ive bought them before for peace of mind, and with the convenience of windows vs say linux id say worth every penny.

That's nice… I don't mind saving $35 vs that EBay copy.

I'm at peace with my decision. I guess I don't walk in the highest moral grounds as some

You're talking in pounds… so I'm assuming you're not from the States… seems to me according to the Fine Print of this deal, it's only available in the 50 States… which is the USA

If you have a non mac pc for productivity or gaming, its actually the only choice. if you think windows bugs are bad, try linux.

Exactly… not sure what OS that guy uses… obviously not a gamer where Windows is literally the ONLY real choice for complete compatibility of virtually any major game. Try gaming on a Mac… not a good experience whatsoever

As for Linux… haven't used regularly in at least 15 years give or take… those were the days of also playing around with BeOS… but stopped using them after needing to use certain hardware and software that was ONLY compatible with Windows. I also have lots of MacOS and iOS devices.

Buy at your own risk.

Whether a business/corporation sells their licenses is on them. A legit license is a legit license. I've never had a problem with ANY of the keys I've bought from CDKeys, Kinguin, etc. A few months ago I once had to go through calling the Windows Hotline. I thought at that time I was for sure scammed. Went through the process with the Windows Tech person… got the Windows activated through them. Legit enough for me.

I have had problems.

MSDN blacklists entire lists of keys time to time when they find out it's being resold like this.

Just because MS doesn't enforce it 24/7 doesn't mean they don't enforce it at all. These may last a few months but then they can void out. Against their agreements for both devs/vendors & the customer (us) both.

I'm in California. Of course u contacted support and they said that probably this code expired or something else. They don't really know why it doesn't work. I even sent screen shots to them. Well, not a big deal.

You mentioned Indian so we assumed you were in india.

Grey market keys have been enough of a hassle that I just bought retail for my two gaming PCs. When I upgrade / change hardware or if I want to use one of the licenses in a VM I'll have no issue with my retail keys. Worth it in the long run in time saves from not having to spend time on the phone jumping through hoops.

You've effectively paying someone else to pirate this for you with this method. There are extremely easy ways of getting Windows activated for free via search results or you can just leave it not activated. Paying vs free for the same result does not seem slick to me, especially since the effort you described to troubleshoot it is a lot more work than what I described above.

I don't know for sure, but there is a good chance it won't. The only Windows license I've been able to activate on Apple Silicon hosted VMs is "Windows 11 Pro for Workstations", which is a distinct SKU.

probably the best piece of advice in this entire thread -^^^^^^

Openly encouraging SD'ers to violate Microsoft's terms of use may save lots of money, but I don't think this is right or smart.

Keyword I think was "that you can get updates for". Does that apply with the link above?

Yep, even better you can use it for any Windows version. Enterprise and LTSC as well. Even Office 2021 LTSC.

They sell a combo pack (it's the first result for me when I click Business & Office tab, currently priced at $10.94).
As for the code, I placed an order in December and one of the extensions I have that tries coupon codes for you came up with AKSDEC55. That was expired when I went to purchase Project and Visio 2021 once they were back in stock this week, and I speculatively tried changing the DEC in the coupon code to Jan and it worked. Checkout isn't currently working for me, so I can't verify it, but I did see that one of the sites that the extension uses to source codes (CouponBirds) had now added AKSJan55 to their list.

Important Edit: The code is AKSJan55 not AKS55JAN
