This is a really nice 1080P monitor for $99. It's stand does tilt, swivel, and pivot. It has USB-C with 15W power delivery as well as an HDMI input. Brightness is also nice for a budget monitor at 300cd / m2.
4ms gtg timing probably means this isn't the best monitor for gaming, but you could do worse.
Personally, I picked this up as a secondary monitor simply because the stand will allow me to set this up in portrait mode without the need of picking up a VESA mount.
You can get cheaper monitors with similar specs, but it's likely they won't have as nice of stand.
