The White Claw Spirits™ Vodka Trip to Lake Tahoe Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person, per day
Four (4) Grand Prizes are available to be awarded as follows:
one (1) winner will be selected from eligible entries received from the East Region (Alabama, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia);
one (1) winner will be selected from eligible entries received from the Central Region (Arkansas, Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, West Virginia);
one (1) winner will be selected from eligible entries received from the West Region (Arizona, California, Idaho, New Mexico, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming);
one (1) winner will be selected from eligible entries received from the North Region (Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin);
Each Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for winner and *one (1) verified guest to Lake Tahoe. Each of winner's guest must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of the United States or District of Columbia and must sign and return a Guest's Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to the trip. Trip includes round-trip coach air travel for winner and up to *one (1) verified guest from a major commercial airport near winner's residence to Lake Tahoe, three (4) days/four (3) nights hotel accommodations based on double occupancy (standard rooms), one (1) $2,000 check for the winner that may be used for ground transportation, meals, gratuities, souvenirs and any additional expenses not specified in these Official Rules.
Grand Prize trip must be booked by June 28, 2024 but travel can be taken up until March 31, 2025. Grand Prize travel arrangements (flight and hotel accommodations) must be made using Sponsor's designated travel agent. Advanced notice of at least (45) days prior to preferred travel date is required. Sponsor will seek to accommodate each winner's preference, but a winner may not receive his/her first choice of dates and Sponsor disclaims any and all liability in conjunction therewith. Flight to Lake Tahoe may not be direct. Dates to be chosen by each winner and are subject to availability and Sponsor's approval at its sole discretion. Grand Prize travel is subject to availability, blackout dates and other restrictions. Grand Prize travel not eligible for frequent flyer miles, rewards points or other "perks." Each winner and their guest must travel together on same itinerary as set by Sponsor in its sole discretion. It is the sole responsibility of a winner and their guest to possess valid travel documentation (i.e., driver's license or passport) prior to travel. All other expenses not specified in these Official Rules (e.g., meals and incidentals) are the sole responsibility of a winner. For the avoidance of doubt, award of the $2,000 check element of the Grand Prize is contingent upon a winner booking and utilizing the Lake Taho Trip. No other prize will be awarded.
Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize is $5,000.00.

All costs and expenses associated with a prize acceptance and use that are not specified herein are the sole responsibility of each winner; a prize availability may be affected by U.S. Federal/State/County/Local health restrictions and/or other conditions arising from or related to the COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic. If a prize is declined by a winner, no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded.
Total Approximate Retail Value of all Prizes is $20,920.00.
