Curious what the goofy branding fad is here? These don't look all that different than the Champion hoodies I wore in high school nearly 30 years ago.

fyi - reverse weave is supposedly more durable and less prone to shrinkage in washing. Champion patented it.

These are very nice. Bought some for $35 over the break. At 20 it should be a no brainer for anyone considering these.

Haven't touched Champion since they faded years ago and re-launched. The latest stuff that I saw was not even close to the Champion of the 20th century. I still have reverse weave crews that I purchased in the 80s going strong. Granted - this stuff was super expensive back in the day.
Clothes in general today suck. I've gone through so much money over the past couple years on clothes because they just shrink after a wash or two. Frown Meanwhile an old '90s Nike hoodie I got at a yard sale forever go still fits fine.

TJ Maxx, Marshall's, and Ross usually have Champion reverse weave stuff ~$20 in store too. I can't speak to the golden era of Champion but can vouch that the current reverse weave feels substantially nicer and sturdier than their powerblend line. Sizing would be considered 'relaxed' by today's standards.

Champion? Really? Why would I spend $20 on champion when I can get adidas or Nike for $15-22

My Bank of America's credit card has an offer for 15% at Dick's, expiring tomorrow 1/9.
Follow the instruction carefully as you need to use their link to go to Dick's website.

A lot of slick deal users are older people who are out of touch. I'm youngish and champion is very much back in style. It is a household brand like Nike, Adidas, etc.

the $15-22 Nike and Adidas is probably their lower-end/lower-quality stuff. This is higher (not "high", "higher") end Champion

Quality brand and a great price. I love all my Champion hoodies/sweats. All the kids think I'm suddenly cool too but I don't care much about that.

Where can you get a quality Adidas hoodie for under $25? Those cheaper Adidas hoodies we've seen online are shameful quality.

These look pretty thin. How is the thickness?

Goofy fad branding aside, the composition on these looks decent.
Champion is old school brand. 80s!!!!
