Have both sizes and 12 is nice too, especially with the hollow core so I can stick my hand in it and manually roll forward/back while my weight is on it

Adv of these is the portability, I carry one in my gym bag and use it after a workout in the gym itself. Since it's hollow I stuff my gym towel etc inside of it saving even more space

These are great for back pain. If you're a heavy guy (I'm 210lbs) they can be a bit painful at first. But I use mine almost daily.
