84 dBA seems a bit too noisy. Does anyone has this?

I do. It feels noisier than 84 dBA in my opinion. But I don't have a meter to verify.

Yes, it is loud but I have hearing protection around when I'm working on projects, so it's not an issue.

These compressors are ridiculously loud. Even outdoors I can't be within 20 ft of it w/o hearing protection.

I bought it two weeks ago. It is a good bundle of compressor and three nailers for the price. I agree that it is very very noisy. I put it in my garage and I stay in my living room. I feel my house is shaking.

Compressor is loud, really loud. Rubber around air hose is of poor quality - it has cracked at several spots & I've not even exposed to elements yet. But, it got my job done.

Phenomenal piece of kit. Have used it for three home renovations, siding, and more. Got it at this price a few years ago. Very good investment. Also use it to fill car tires, spray paint, blow out dust when cleaning car and plenty of other things.

You don't buy this for the compressor. You buy this for the tools hooked up to a quieter compressor.

I second this comment....mine has been a real workhorse far better than I expected for a pancake compressor...as far as loud this compressor is normal for a construction tool...compressor and three tools for $200 is a SD...remember to register your tools for the warranty and yes you need to submit each tool and the compressor

If you have an attached garage shop, buy this, sell the compressor and get your self an electric quiet compressor. If not, buy this and just deal with the noise.

I have this and paid more for it. I guess ignorance is bliss because this is my first compressor and just assumed this is how loud they all are 🤷 ♂️
