Dietary cholesterol has little to no affect your blood cholesterol. Most of the cholesterol in your body, is made in your body. Cholesterol is essential for your body to function properly.

There is nothing Optimal about ON....Ascent is Sucralose free. Not sure when food industry will become transparent about all the consumable poisons i.e. added sugars and sweetners.

This is my go to protein, very little fillers and no artificial sweeteners. People complain about the taste compared to dynamize and others because those are loaded with 2 or more artificial sweeteners.

This tastes good and mixes well. Much better taste that myprotein.

This protein stinks. Whey isolate much better for digestion and absorption. Also, Esterified dietary cholesterol doesn't get metabolized or absorbed, is excreted in feces.
This is a giant load of manure. Not a single person on this website is at the level where they need to be worried about whey isolate vs whey concentrate. Practically every study ever has shown that far and away the most important component of protein is how much and not the quality (at least within whey/animal proteins)

Please, slickdeals community, whatever you do, do not listen to this guy.

I tried this on the last sale. The taste is off and it didn't mix well.

It's excellent. I eat four scoops every day. Two for breakfast and two with my lunch.

love this protein in chocolate, pretty clean stuff
Except for Natural Flavors, which are just mystery chemicals. There's very little oversight when it comes to flavorings. As long as they start with a real food ingredient then they can add whatever chemicals they want to it. It's still a better option than a lot of the sucralose sweetened protein out there.

More than a bit deceptive on "No artificial ingredients" - in contains Stevia, that is not natural. I wish I could find a protein powder without sucralose, Stevia or any other artificlal sweetener

You can buy just plain protein powder like the one bulk supplements sells and just dump in "natural" sugar if that's what you wanted

Isn't Stevia a natural plant extract?

That's what I was going to suggest. Stevia or monk fruit are as natural as you can get unless you just go to regular sugar. Once you do that, then the calories go up a lot.

You're wrong and sound completely uneducated on the subject...

I just started to take protein after workout recently
What's the difference between getting one like this vs target brand or MuscleTech for example? The prices are very different
