No clue but that's exactly what I did last month. Have Chase, got free Instacart, which got free Peacock.

Also had a $49.99 year of Walmart Plus, which got me Paramount Plus.

T-Mobile got us Free Netflix, too. Disney Plus is free through Verizon from what I've heard (we don't have them) as well.

It all depends on your Chase CC type. Mine is Sapphire preferred(99$ annual )and gets 12months Instacart+ free, DoorDash free forever and 50$ hotel credit every year.
