This may be well known to others, but thought I would share to those who did not know (i just found out myself this morning!).
You can generate a QR code in the Walmart app (if you are a W+ member) and show the barcode at CS in a walmart store to cash out to real cash. Note that you will need a min of $25 to cashout.

1. Using the Walmart app or Walmart.com on your phone, sign into your Walmart account.2. Within your account, tap "How to get / Get more" to visit the Walmart Cash page. 3. I'm assuming they do this because most of the Walmart cash offers say manufacturer offer, legally speaking I'd assume that would be considered manufacturer coupon. Since you typically would save that money upon redemption of a MFR coupon immediately. This is probably a way to avoid any possible trouble with any legal restrictions on coupons.
I prefer places like target or Publix that give me that savings right then vs Walmart, ibotta, and others putting the $ up for later.

How is Target better in 'savings right then' ?
A lot of folks simply go to Walmart for the lowest price. Not Target.

It depends. Walmart doesn't always have the lower price. Like when I got a $6.50 pack of razors for <$1, a $220 carseat for $130, or chicken for lower than Walmart because of a 15% off offer. However, if the cost after the discounts are the same between both stores, it is nicer to go to the store that gives you the cash right then with no extra hoops as opposed to waiting in line at CS to only get cash if you have over $25.

You can redeem walmart cash with any purchase, doesn't make you wait till you hit 25 bucks to redeem. And from experience in 2 months I already made $19 bucks wcash, save up 10cents at least at Sams, yes walmart plus members can fill at sams, and free paramount plus for a year. It's better than buying at costco where a lot of products jist go to waste. Just my opinion

Yup, the price depends on the time/place when you make the purchase. For example, if you buy BBQ stuff by the end of the BBQ season, it's cheap on Target/Walmart, but not the ACE hardware store.
I 100% agree. That how they get folks to spend more $ on things they don't really need extra lol
