It might be a good time to check the clearance section at your local Walmart for LEGO. I picked up several sets this morning for over 50% off. As always when it comes to Walmart Clearance, YMMV. Below is what I found at my local store:

I'm not sure, I stumbled upon these while shopping. Brickseek is always an option too, but I've had limited success using that.

I'm in Western NY. I nabbed all the Dynamite sets, too good a deal to pass up, but left plenty of the other sets behind.

Edit to add: I think there was only 1 shark set at the store I got this at.

Walmart LEGO deals can be great, but definitely not a worth a dedicated trip in my area. Most of the time, Brickseek is wrong, or sets are still full price. Would be great, but often, little reward. Definite YMMV

Thanks for the heads up. Went to my Walmart and nabbed the last Lego Friends set (#41732) for $64 and a city set (#60372) for $33.

Wow that Destiny's Bounty is an amazing deal. My nephew would love it. Doubtful I could find at that price in the DC area though.

It's always worth checking! I lived in the DMV area prior to moving back to Western NY and I had a lot of luck finding clearance markdowns at Walmarts and Target, but it was always hit or miss and definitely ymmv.

I definitely usually end up empty on the Walmart clearance deals too, I think I just got really lucky. Stopped in after dropping kids at school and went to check if there was any Christmas clearance left. No Christmas but lots of amazing Lego deals!

We're they marked clearance or did you check the price on the app?

I have a store near me that I check for these kinds of deals. It's the main one around me that clearances stuff. Usually, it's not marked very visibly. The tag says the sale price most of the time, but the tag looks like all the other full-price sets, so you really have to look. I scanned all of these, and they were all full price except the BTS which showed full price on the tag, but scanned $30, so I got that set and am returning the 50% off I got from Amazon recently. Thanks!
