Was at Target today in Gilbert, Arizona and saw many Lego sets on clearance. This was the best deal and there were still dozens left. Note that none of the clearance sets showed up when I searched them on the app or online. Assuming these are retiring sets they are clearing out.

Lego Dots Picture Frame 41956 - $8.99, msrp of $29.99
Lego Super Mario Ice Mario Suit Expansion set 71415 - $8.99, msrp of $24.99

There were also a few Friends sets and other miscellaneous sets that I do not remember.

That is going to be a real unicorn to find, the Lego Art Project was a Target Christmas sale item- from Christmas 2022.
