the site is kind of ridiculous. spent a bunch of time looking through and adding 5 things to my cart. go to check out and said they are all out of stock. try again. go to the product page, add again. out of stock in the cart. dont let me add to the cart if its not there.....

At least when they still had a b&m store in the area I could go try things on first.

That's a shame. Neither he nor I have much experience with them these days. On occasion, for the last several years, I have ordered shirts as gifts for 2 old friends and heard no complaints (which I suppose is understandable), Personally, I have not bought from them in over 10 years, perhaps nigh unto 20, except for pocket tees, which have been without problems.

Ordered typically used 15 1/2 34/35 to 16 36/37 and all "slim fit" button downs were too small even at 16 1/2 36/37. And of course they are small in different areas depending on model (country of manufacturer is different between many of them [Sri Lanka, Myanmar, India, Vietnam, Madagascar etc.). Vietnam was by far the smallest in the chest and neck versus sizing shown.

I would recommend ordering a size or at least half a size up from usual.
Tailored fit ones were a bit better but still on smaller size.

This was for 6ft'2" ~ 225 lbs. guy.
