Last week it was the same ($189.99) at Costco, with AppleCare+ -- I got a pair at that price. It will probably drop to that again at Costco in the near future.

You also get $45 for trading in a Gen 1 AirPod Pro only with Best Buy. Mine started giving issues with noise cancellation on and off, so traded it in and got this for $145+tax.
