They run narrow AF since Adidas took over full production of them. They aren't the same 5.10s from years ago. They have one width now which is pencil thin narrow.

The 5.10 have inconsistent sizing too. For the Trailcross shoe, I was swimming in a size 10 but on the Trailcross with SPD cleat, the size 10 fit me just fine. I'd recommend getting a couple sizes and return the ill fitting one.
