One thing I wish this set had, or you could at least buy, is a larger saucepan, one that's in between the 3.5q and the small stock pot size wise. That said, the smallish stock pot comes in handy.
No issues with the set, they're still basically brand new so the nonstick works like a champ. We'll see how long they last.
I generally love all the Ninja gadgets, but this is a total fail.

Anyway, better hope you don't need just about any kind of medical procedure..... then the fluoropolymer is catheterized in direct contact with your blood.

Our coating is oven safe to 500°F, free of PFOA, cadmium, and lead, plus metal-utensil and dishwasher safe.
Here's a review [amazon.com]:
NeverStick® cookware uses a PTFE-based coating that is PFOA free (no Teflon). It is also PFAS-, cadmium- and lead-free. PTFE is used as an inner coating material in non-stick cookware prevents food from sticking in the pans. Such cookware is also easy to wash.
The toxicity and fate of ingested PTFE coatings are not understood.
And this [google.com], but it says it's PTFE-free which is contradicted by the above and the Ninja website doesn't mention it:
Does Ninja Foodi NeverStick have Teflon?
No, the Ninja Foodi NeverStick coating does not contain Teflon. It is made with a ceramic-reinforced nonstick coating free from PTFE, PFOA, and cadmium. The nonstick properties are achieved through the ceramic material, which is scratch-resistant and durable, making it a safe and reliable option for cooking. This means it does not release harmful fumes or chemicals when heated at high temperatures.
Lastly, PFAS are basically FDA approved [fda.gov], for what it's worth.
Tell me you don't know what you're talking about without telling me.

Then they add some ceramic particles to toughen it up.
If you are not getting enough polymers in your diet, you can cook with PTFEs and drink plastic bottled water.
