Nah, this has integrated graphics, no dedicated graphics chip. Office work, yes. Gaming? You'll have to turn things way down but possible.
Aww...the "Intel ARC Graphics (8 X-Cores @ 2.25 GHz)" sounded fancy so I thought it was competitive against basic Nvidia graphics cards. I read ARC is comparable to 3000 series Nvidia graphics?

nvidia 3000 series ranges from 3050 to 3090, which is a very wide performance range. with that said, i don't know how the arc igpu on this laptop will compare, but you don't buy an intel laptop with integrated graphics for gaming. in theory it'll handle some stuff, but there are much better options for $1100 if gaming is your priority (at the expense of build quality, weight, etc).
intel arc is just the graphics brand name. there are dedicated desktop graphics cards under the 'Arc' brand that can handle gaming (A770, for example), and integrated graphics like this, while better than the prior 'Xe' integrated graphics, isn't something you buy for gaming.

It's just the name for their GPU's and iGPU's now. Just like Vega was a discreet graphics card and later on the name for AMD's integrated graphics chip.

Thanks. The laptop you linked has the specs I'm looking for but the price is a bit higher than what I can afford right now. I was looking for laptops during Black Friday and Christmas 2023 and had my eye on an Asus TUF with 4060 for $750 but it sold out quick before I could check out. I am wondering if there will be some holiday returns in the next few weeks and maybe I can pick up a 4060 used excellent condition for around $700-800.
Judging from some preliminary benchmarks on this specific chip, the iGPU on it is about 15% behind the 780m in the 7840hs AMD chips. This is all speculative at the moment of course, as drivers may not be in the same development levels, and I didn't test this Intel myself either.
Specs look amazing. Is this suitable for gaming? Looking for a laptop that can do office work and play modern AAA games at high settings.

Reviews/Benchmarks I've seen for the 155H/ARC iGPU is that it's a little better than AMD's 780M iGPU. I can attest that this is good for League of Legends 2.8k resolution, max settings for 80fps in big fights. You can check out benchmarks for other games, but I'm not sure they're 'AAA' games.
If you need more than casual gaming, this is not the laptop for you. Also, notice the 60hz refresh rate on the display.
Compared to other laptop deals with AMD's 680M/780M iGPUs, I don't think his is remotely a good deal at all. Maybe if it was in the 800s.

Other way around, Intel's new Arc iGPU is slightly ahead of the 780m

Hello, regarding the other reply you got the integrated GPU included in this chip is the best in the market at the moment beating out the impressive Ryzen iGPUs, it's close to a mobile GTX 1650 in terms of performance sure it's not a 3000 series GPU but this iGPU is no slouch by any means.
