Looks to be the same as the Hyper Tough at Walmart and Roadmaster at Amazon. Mixed reviews based on the length of the straps, but killer price. If you're handy with a needle and thread could likely improve this.

Killer $, if it works for you...note that not all of these are created equal but even if they did, not all tailgates are the same.
What is true in all cases is that this can be super convinient, BUT, throwing a 35lb/16kg bike over the tailgate is not the easiest thing for many average & smaller sized humans (eMTB at 50-60+lbs/23-28kg = ouch) AND, these things are abrasive enough to screw up the stupid thin paint on most bikes, and dirt only makes its (far) worse. Sometimes a single shuttle ride is enough.

Yes, MTBs are tools and tools should be used and not just pampered, but stupid mistakes that are avoidable, should be avoided.
Some clear tape around mounting points goes a long way.

This is "free" at Ocean State job lot on their website as you will receive an $80 crazy deal gift card upon purchase. If you have a job lot near you, $80 can be easily spent on everyday necessities.
