Proceed with caution…I have actually tried the salmon and it's utterly awful. I've tried a lot of different jerky through the years, including salmon jerky, but this one is barely palatable. Note most of the positive reviews in the Amazon listing are for the other types of meat, which I personally have no experience with. Just wanted to share my take on the salmon.

Smoked salmon is quite good. It's pressed salmon so it's got that ground meat texture, but in a pleasant way. A bit salty with that slight maple sweetness. I went through 2 boxes, 1-2 almost every day for a mid-afternoon or late night snack.

Seems like multiple reviews mentioning very close sell by date, I generally try not to order Amazon for anything that needs to be eaten in the near future because I have noted these close to expiration dates before. Dry goods and canned foods generally ok.
